We established Draco Hygienic Products Inc. in 1995 and have since been serving our customers with quality restroom products.
Where are Draco dispensers manufactured?
Draco dispensing systems are made in 2 countries. We dedicate all of our electronic dispensers to our factory in Taipei, Taiwan. To be competitive in pricing, we established factories in Shenzhen, China for all of our mechanical dispensers.
Are there warranties on the dispensers? What is the warranty period?
We provide One Year warranty from the date of the original invoice. For all of our products, if there are any problems please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. If we can't trouble shoot the problem we will be glad to replace the unit for you.
Can Draco make a proprietary custom private label dispensing systems for me?
You have come to the right place for custom and private label dispensers. With your specification and our expertise, we can manufacture a proprietary dispensing system that no one else in the market can provide. We have a great history of manufacturing custom dispensing systems for big branded companies.
What is the lead time for large quantities and special order items?
At Draco we do are best to keep stock of all our dispensers, but for large quantities or special orders we will need to order directly from the factory. The lead time for those orders will take 6 ~ 8 weeks from the time you submit a PO. For full container load inquiries straight from our factory please contact us directly.
Where does my product ship from and what shipping services do Draco use?
Products will be shipped from our warehouse, 716 S. Bon View Avenue, Ontario ,CA 91761. We use UPS for reliable tracking or freight trucking for interstate deliveries.
Does Draco sell directly to end users?
Draco Hygienic Products Inc. is a wholesale company and does not sell to the general public.
Does Draco sell dispensers outside of United States?
Draco sells dispensers through out the world ! We have customers from Canada down to South America. Europe & Asia customers are covered by our flagship company in Taipei, Taiwan.
